The Event hours at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds are:
Friday, July 9, from 12 noon – 7pm, Saturday, July 10, from 9am – 7pm, and Sunday, July 11, from 9am – 5pm.
Thursday, July 8:
3pm – 7pm: Early Check-In at Santa Clara County Fairgrounds at AutoRama building. You'll be able to drive right into the main side gate right off of Tully Road. Signs will be posted.
Friday, July 9:
9am - 7pm: Auction Check-In
9am- 7pm: Registered Participant Check-In
Noon – 7pm: Fairgrounds event hours. See Autorama, VendoRama, and Carnival, preview of Auction cars and Auction Memorabilia
Noon – 7pm: Preview cars in AuctionRama
5:45pm: Cruise leaves the Fairgrounds for the Capitol 6 Drive-In. Cruisers will be the first cars to park at the Drive-In for American Graffiti.
6:30pm - 8:30pm: Hot Rods performing on stage at the Drive-In, "Elvis" is cruising the Drive-In
7pm: Drive-In opens to the General Public
Dusk: American Graffiti starts.
Saturday, July 10:
6:00am: Swap Meet Set-up begins at Fairgrounds
7:00am: Registered cars can start setting up
8:00am: Fairgrounds open to the general public
8:00am: Swap Meet opens
8:00am - 11:00am - Willow Glen Lions will be serving an All You Can Eat Pancake Breakfast
8:00am – 7:00pm: Fairgrounds Indoor Autorama and AuctionRama open to preview cars, VendoRama and Carnival open, Go Kart racing
11:00am -: Just 4 Fun Band on stage in Rodders Park
11am: Memorabilia Auction begins
11:00am- 7:00pm: Ronald McDonald House at Stanford charity CASINO open, Drawings
Noon: Collector Car Auction begins
Noon: Autorama and outdoor Show-n-Shine awards judging begins
1:30pm - 3:30pm: The Joe Sharino Band on stage in Rodders Park
3:45pm: Burning Rose on stage in Rodders Park
5:30pm: The Detours on stage in Rodders Park
6:00pm - 7:00pm: Rick Torres, Elvis Impersonator on stage with The Detours in Rodders Park
Sunday, July 11:

11:00am: Come and watch the Willow Glen Lions Club try to break the record of 10 feet high for the largest stack of pancakes ever stacked by a Lions Club!
11:00am: Memorabilia Auction Begins
11:30am: The Besides on stage in Rodders Park
