  7:00 Gates open to all Planes      

  8:00 Open to All Vendors & Food Trucks

  9:00 Gates open to all car displays       

10:00 Gates open to the public

  •    San Jose Metropolitan Band starts playing in the Trade Winds Hangar for 1 hour 
  •    Accepting donations to Second Harvest Food Bank   

10:45 Volunteer and VIP lunch will start up for staff (invitation only)

11:00 Big Mike and the HartBeats playing on main band stage

  •   Lord of the Ribs “RIB-A-THON” starts
  •   Food trucks open for business
  •   Announcer/MC on the other side of the airport at announcer stage at Trade Winds
  •   Paper airplane making for the kids with Stan Soroken in the Trade Winds hangar until 4!
  •   Blackhawk from Air National Guard arrives!

12:00 Opening ceremony on main band stage with Victoria Thuy Vi McDowell singing the National


  •   Beech Boys Fly By during the National Anthem
  •   On Main Stage: Awards ceremony with Charity awards being handed out by Mike Hennessy,
      County Supervisor President Dave Cortese, County Supervisor Cindy Chavez, City
      Councilmember Johnny Khamis, City Councilmember Dev Davis, Assemblyman Kansen Chu &
      The VMC Foundation’s CEO Chris Wilder
      Color Guard presented by CAP

  •   All pre-registered car participants pick up awards at Main Stage – tent will be set up on side

12:30 RC Air Show "The Greatest Little Air Show in the World" with commentator

 1:00 Big Mike & the HartBeats

  VIP tour around the airport for Honorees  

  •   Blackhawk from Air National Guard departs

 4:00 Event shuts down
